Return

For the return of the goods please use the attached return form. If you have already disposed of this, the return form can be downloaded here and printed out. As a shipping you can use the shipping packaging of your delivery.

The following points must be observed for a smooth return:

• • Return of goods is possible within 14 days without giving reasons

• • The goods must be unworn and unwashed

• • Please fold the products and put them into the enclosed protective cover

• • Reduced items are excluded from the return

• If possible, please return via DHL and not via Hermes or DPD

Upon receipt, we will check your return and either send you the product in a different size or refund the money. Re-delivery or refund will be made within 7 working days from receipt of your return. For accounting reasons, a refund is always only possible on the bank connection or PayPal payment address stated when paying the order.
